The film tells the story of Fatma, who takes on the care of a bedridden patient living outside the city in an attempt to make a change in her life. Fatma wants to break free from the depression she has been trapped in for a long time. Believing that starting over in a new place might do her good, she accepts a job caring for Ayşe, a paralyzed, bedridden woman living in the countryside. At first, Fatma feels she made the right decision by coming here — but as months pass, she realizes she is there for a much more personal reason.
